Shipping and Return


* Pinkwhalejewelry is constantly striving to serve the customers with quality customer service.

* We try to ship all orders the same day. Please make sure your order before Eastern Time 4:00pm.

* We offer fast and accurate shipping at the lowest possible price. (FEDEX, UPS, USPS)

* For shipping rates and arrival times please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided.


*All wholesale orders are Final and cannot be Returned and Exchanged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please return items within 30 days of the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged, unmarked and in original packaging with all the original labels. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

* If you received the wrong item, or if there was severe damage to the product please send email or text us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

* All refunds are store credit or money back.

* When returning the items please return by USPS only, (Shipping charge for returned items are not subject to credit )


Lost package

* We are not responsible for lost package that do not require signature upon delivery. Please lost package file a claim with FedEx or UPS customer service.


You can cancel your order as long as the order is progress. You cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. Refunds will be issued immediately with " Money Back ".


Change Address

If you enter the wrong address, You can change the address. However additional charges will apply for package that have already been shipped.
